The East Austin College Prep Academy is an innovative, tuition-free public school open to 6th, 7th and 8th graders living in East Austin. The Academy will open to 9th graders in 2012. The new school is located at Southwest Key’s Centro de Familia, a state-of-the-art facility constructed in 2008. This Academy is the realization of a long standing dream to have a community middle school located right in the heart of the Govalle/Johnston Terrace neighborhood.
