Notice of Funding Available: Southwest Key is seeking nonprofits to submit proposals for serving juvenile offenders in high poverty, high crime communities in Atlanta, GA; Buffalo, NY; Houston, TX; Milwaukee, WI. The purpose of this grant is to improve the long-term labor market prospects of these youth. Proposals are being accepted until 12:00 p.m. CST on October 5, 2012.
