In her role as General Counsel for Southwest Key, Rachel Luna assists the programs in their legal needs—from contract negotiation to assisting with vendor disputes. Rachel also assists in the drafting of organizational policies and procedures and provides legal guidance in employment-related matters. Rachel received her law degree from the University of Texas and her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.

Before Southwest Key, Rachel worked in private practice as well as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas. Since joining Southwest Key in February of 2006, Rachel has enjoyed the variety of work and challenges she faces as an attorney in a nonprofit setting.
