Voices of Youth is unable to meet the myriad of needs of our youth. We do, however, work with each of our youth in the development of a personal growth plan. We have also developed an extensive network of social service agencies that provide specific services, particularly related to housing, employment, and counseling. Our youth leaders work with staff to identify and screen agencies to make sure they are a match for our population. For all youth referred to services through Voices of Youth, a follow-up contact is conducted to make sure the young person is on track with their personal growth plan.
