The Southwest Key Residential Treatment model was designed in response to the need for secure residential treatment beds in a community-based setting.

Overview of the Model

The Residential Treatment Center is designed to provide a very secure, structured therapeutic milieu for extremely difficult, or hard-to-place youth. These programs have been extremely successful, achieving positive termination rates in excess of 90 percent.
