Dr. Otis Head joined Southwest Key’s Board of Directors in July of 2001. He is currently Program Director for Three Springs, Inc., a Juvenile Institution in Tuskegee, Alabama. He and his wife own Head Visions Counseling Service, Inc. which provides faith-based marriage strengthening services.

Prior to joining Three Springs, Otis was Senior Director of Counseling at one of the largest churches in the nation: New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia under Bishop Eddie Long. He also served as Executive Director of Project Destiny, a social service provider in Lithonia, Georgia.

Otis is a State of Georgia Board Certified Professional Licensed Christian Counselor and Therapist, AACC Certified.  He received his BA in Political Science and Education from Fisk University in Nashville and his M. Div., Ph.D. from the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
