Volunteer with Southwest Key

Southwest Key is eager to enlist the support of volunteers. If you are interested in getting involved as a Southwest Key volunteer, contact Victoria Gutierrez at 512-583-2567. We regularly post volunteer opportunities on VolunteerMatch.org. Check our listings often! Volunteer opportunities for individuals and corporate employee teams include:

Special Events Volunteer: Help with the planning and execution of one of our many events in East Austin.

Project Volunteer: Assist with media/public relations, technology, human resources projects, or other possibilities depending on your interest and expertise.

Program Volunteer: Provide assistance to program staff in creating and implementing activities for youth such as educational lesson plans, cultural enrichment, and community service projects.

Social Work Internships: Southwest Key provides supervised training in a clinical setting for Master’s level social work interns from the University of Texas at Austin.

Advisory Board: Southwest Key enlists the support of community and business leaders to help us identify new business and growth opportunities, strategic projects, and new sources of funds.
