• Provide enhanced educational opportunities for youth living in residential facilities for several of their teenage years.
  
• Allow for resource people to be brought to troubled youth and help them embrace a sense of community responsibility and connection.
  
• Help offer vocational training so that these youth will learn a marketable skill and become gainfully employed and successful citizens.
  
• Provide a connection with staff, the youth and their family members that addresses the communication and lifestyle issues that cause dysfunction within the family.
  
• A financial resource helping Southwest Key to strive to be the best childcare agency in the world.
